Sureguard Termite & Pest Services acquires First Mark Pest Control


BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Based in Birmingham Waynes Pest Control grows with the acquisition of American pest controlheadquartered in Vestavia Hills, Ala. American Pest Control has served the Birmingham area for three generations, operating in multiple locations including Mountain Brook, Homewood, Vestavia Hills, Hoover, Bessemer, Cullman and Shelby County.

Waynes, a Anticimex company operating in Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi, serves more than 150,000 customers from service centers located in Birmingham, Huntsville, Tuscaloosa, Montgomery, Knoxville, Nashville, Chattanooga, Fayetteville, Biloxi and Daphne.
