Plunkett Pest Control acquired Harmony Pest Services, an Albuquerque, NM-based pest control company.
Harmony Pest provides comprehensive pest control services in Albuquerque and surrounding areas. This acquisition merges two privately held pest control companies and expands Plunkett’s pest control services into the greater Albuquerque area.
“Harmony Pest Services stood out for us because of its small business values,” said Stacy O’Reilly, owner and president of Plunkett’s Pest Control. “We work closely with Matt and Marianne to help onboard their customers into Plunkett’s system and to ease the transition of their technicians into positions with Plunkett. We look forward to learning from Matt, Marianne and the rest of their team and doing what we can to help everyone continue to grow and improve together.
“One of the goals of this merger is to ensure that our customers receive the best pest care possible,” said Matt Vaive, owner of Harmony Pest Services. “One of the ways to do that is for them to have dedicated technicians that they see quarter after quarter.
Harmony Pest Services was founded as Manzano Pest Management by Vaive in 1994. It was renamed Harmony Pest Services in 2007. Harmony Pest Services is run by Matt and Marianne Vaive. They have built their business with customer comfort and safety as the first priority, and the idea of being a forever learner as the key to effective pest control.
Once the merger is complete, Matt and Marianne will be the newest members of Plunkett’s Pest Control team, along with the rest of the Harmony Pest Services staff.
